Hello, my name is John Baribeau, and I am the innkeeper of the Calvert Hotel. I purchased the hotel in November of 2002 and have implemented many changes to provide a full service bed and breakfast establishment. I have 25 years of hotel, catering, and restaurant experience. Hi, I'm C. Nelson Collier but everyone in the salon calls me Nelson. I am a professional, licensed stylist, color specialist, and educator with over 10 years of experience. My salon offers many amenities designed to pamper you and to leave you feeling and looking better than ever. I am Ronald Baribeau, on-site chef of the Calvert Hotel. I am certified in the culinary arts, am a member of the Chefs de Cuisine Society, and am accredited through the American Culinary Foundation. I have over 18 years experience coordinating and planning menus to meet client's specific event needs. Whether it is a box lunch, buffet, or a private dining experience, I can custom design a menu that meets your specific needs. The current menu offers a choice of four entrees with a fresh salad, a starch, a seasonal vegetable, and dessert served with iced tea and coffee. For fine dining and a memorable evening, call for reservations at the Calvert Hotel.
